Matthew DeStefano
Mr. DeStefano is a Co-President of Alliance Litigation Funding, LLC. He is a graduate of Temple University where he majored in Business Law. He is the chief operating officer of Shield Legal Funding. Shield is in the business of sourcing and brokering plaintiff liability claims to many investment groups around the country. He has extensive experience in litigation funding, having worked in the industry for over 10 years in both sales and operational capacities. He has numerous contacts and referral sources as well as representing various funding sources including Alliance.
Anthony Talarico
Anthony Talarico is a founder and a Co-President of Alliance Litigation Funding, LLC. He studied Business Management and Organizational Leadership at University of Delaware and was a two-year captain on the Men's Soccer Team. He credits his role as a student-athlete as the instrumental force in his effectiveness as a leader. In 2008 Anthony joined the ServiceMaster team and quickly began to implement new systems and organizational strategies aimed at making the operation run as smoothly as possible. Quickly Anthony's role grew within the business and he is currently the Co-President of Alliance Commercial Cleaning, Inc. T/A ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by Alliance and Alliance Building and Maintenance, LLC. ServiceMaster by Alliance operates in four states and is one of the leading ServiceMaster franchises in the country with over 150 employees.
Anthony has a true entrepreneurial spirit and his strongest attributes are his sales and networking ability. Alliance Litigation Funding is his 3rd business and he is excited to use his 20 years of experience growing his business to scale Alliance Litigation Funding.
Harry Santoro
CPA Secretary/Treasurer
Mr. Santoro is a founder and the Secretary/Treasurer of Alliance Litigation Funding, LLC. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a major in accounting, and minors in finance and economics. He graduated first in his class in the Business College. He began work with Haefele, Van Sciver & Co., a local certified Public Accounting firm. Three years later he became a Certified Public Accountant and was made a partner in the firm. The firm's name was changed to Haefele, Van Sciver, Santoro & Co. While at the firm he provided tax and financial planning services to individuals and businesses in a wide range of industries, including real estate and construction. He left the firm to provide consulting services to businesses and high net worth individuals. He is experienced in tax and financial planning, particularly to businesses, related to complex transactions including mergers, acquisitions and securities offerings. He also provides advice on investments, wealth accumulation and asset protection strategies.
For the past 30 years he has also been engaged in various real estate and other investments as President of H. James Santoro, Inc., Bartram Holdings, Inc. and various other companies. He has been involved as a principal in many types of real estate investments including the development of raw land, residential subdivisions, custom and modular homebuilding, apartment acquisition and management, and has been a financial advisor to numerous real estate related businesses.
Mr. Santoro is currently the Chief Financial Officer of ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by Alliance. ServiceMaster by Alliance operates in four states and is one of the leading ServiceMaster franchises in the country with over 150 employees. He has been a Trustee and Officer of numerous not for profit organizations including but not limited to Oaks Integrated Care, formerly Family Service, Dakota Properties, and other local charities.
Mr. Santoro is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He was recognized nationally for having received the highest score in the State of New Jersey on the CPA entrance exam and was one of the top 65 nationally out of 45,000 candidates who took the exam along with Mr. Santoro.
